The Kanekalon fiber used in our wig products is a thermostable material, allowing the hair to be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120°C. The recommended temperature range is typically between 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig products cannot be dyed. This is because the hair cuticles, which are responsible for maintaining the color for an extended period, are not present. Additionally, the hair cream rinse within the wig cap cannot be easily washed out.

To properly wear the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the hair using a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Secure the wig in place, adjusting the inner net buckle as needed. d. Ensure the wig remains firmly positioned.

Cleaning and caring for the wig involves the following: 1. Detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. 2. Shampoo the wig in cold or warm water. 3. Soak the wig for 1-3 minutes. 4. Rinse the wig with water. 5. Dry the wig with a towel. 6. Gently shake the wig to restore its style, then allow it to air dry.

Shedding and tangling are common occurrences, especially when wearing the wig for the first time. This is normal. Use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove any shed hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will help prevent further shedding and tangling.

It's important to note that the hairstyle of our wigs may slightly differ from batch to batch, as they are trimmed by hand. You can restyle the wig according to your preferences. Additionally, the color may vary slightly, depending on the settings of your personal computer or cell phone monitor. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our products.

Lastly, please be aware that due to the extrusion process during packaging or transport, the wig may appear out of shape when you receive it. However, this can be easily remedied by combing the wig or using an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will then appear the same as in the product image.

The wig is approximately 16 inches (40 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference is around 21-22 inches (53-55 cm), with a normal error margin of 1-2 cm. The size is adjustable to ensure a comfortable fit.
